Job Title: Corporate Employee Benefits Consultant

Location: Nationwide

Full/Part Time: Full Time

Salary: up to £60,000 – £90,000 per annum

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Corporate Employee Benefits Consultant to join one of our growing clients.

As a key member of their team, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of large corporate and SME clients, delivering comprehensive health, risk, and wellbeing solutions that align with their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

Client Management & Business Growth

  1. Develop and maintain expertise across health and wellbeing products and services.
  2. Lead client relationships, ensuring tailored advice and solutions align with their business goals.
  3. Proactively identify opportunities to expand service offerings and drive new business development.

Regulatory & Compliance Responsibilities

  1. Embed best practices in treating customers fairly and ensuring their best interests are always at the forefront.
  2. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes.
  3. Ensure all transactions adhere to FCA compliance requirements and company policies.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  1. Act as a strategic partner to corporate clients, helping them design, implement, and optimize their employee benefits strategies.
  2. Develop and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Take responsibility for personal professional development and support the development of junior consultants.
  4. Share insights and expertise within the team to foster a high-performance culture.
  5. Ability to develop and execute client-centric strategies that drive long-term engagement.
  6. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

  1. Holder of Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) module IF7 (Healthcare) or studying to achieve this qualification.
  2. Group Risk module GR1 or studying to achieve this qualification.
