Brown & Brown is seeking a Senior Employee Benefits Coordinator to join our growing team. This role uses analytical expertise to support day-to-day client management, develop benefit strategies, and prepare client deliverables.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in health & welfare, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and a proactive, self-starting attitude. A Life, Accident and Health license must be obtained within 90 days of employment.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS preferred and health & welfare experience a must.
• 2+ years in health & welfare; strong analytical and organizational skills.
• License in Life, Accident and Health required within 90 days.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, self-starting professional with client service orientation.

Aufgaben

• Collects, analyzes, and prepares information for client requests and deliverables.
• Manages client tasks such as forms, policy reviews, and carrier reporting.
• Supports project management for assigned clients.
• Attends client meetings and internal training sessions.
• Develops financial analyses and client RFPs with carriers.
