USI Insurance Services is seeking an Employee Benefits Analyst III to join our growing Benefits team. The role focuses on analyzing financial deliverables for standard to complex benefit programs, including fully insured and self-funded clients.

Responsibilities include market reviews, renewal projections, claims analysis, and negotiations with carriers. Candidates should have 3+ years of benefits experience and be willing to obtain necessary licenses, with strong communication skills and MS

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee benefits experience in a brokerage or benefits consulting environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain a state Life & Disability insurance license.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial analytics for fully insured and self-funded clients (100–1,000 lives).
• Prepare standard analyses and occasional customization (market reviews, renewal projections, claims utilization, benchmarking).
• Develop strategies, plan modeling, and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Negotiate and market coverage for new business quotes and renewals with carriers.
