Responsibilities

• Lead and support audits for employee benefit plans (defined contribution, defined benefit, health plans).
• Guide and oversee staff performing testing and workpapers.
• Communicate with clients to understand expectations and build relationships.
• Identify issues and propose solutions to managers/partners.
• Provide value-added recommendations from audit findings.
• Stay current on developments and participate in training.
• Assist in recruiting staff and interns.
