Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Master’s preferred for advanced roles.
• 5+ years in EMI/Signal Integrity or related testing.
• Hands-on lab measurement, data analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead EMI and Signal Integrity test methods and procedures.
• Perform RF measurements and lab qualification testing.
• Apply AEC‑Q100 requirements to qualification work.
• Develop and maintain laboratory software tools for testing and data analysis.
• Maintain lab equipment and test infrastructure for accuracy.
• Collaborate with Technology Development, Product Engineering, and QRA teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and utilize AI tools to enhance workflows.
