BryceTech LLC is seeking a Senior Emergency Response Operations Analyst to support FEMA/OET. The role focuses on identifying emerging threats, coordinating with federal and local partners, and developing executive-ready analyses and plans. Formación

• 11+ years in emergency management or related field.
• Experience analyzing emergency preparedness, response, or risk management programs.
• Experience with federal interagency collaboration and policy implementation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead analysis of emergency response plans and capabilities for emerging threats.
• Conduct strategic assessments and gap analyses to identify vulnerabilities and capability gaps.
• Develop recommendations and policies to support FEMA leadership and partners.
• Provide senior-level analytics for complex CBRN and other high-consequence scenarios.
• Coordinate with FEMA leadership and partners on complex initiatives.
• Create executive briefings and reports for senior FEMA leadership.
• Support planning and execution of exercises and workshops.
• Evaluate lessons learned to improve programs and capabilities.
• Support program plans and SOP documentation.
• Research threats and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Provide SME guidance on preparedness, response, and recovery.
• Facilitate interagency meetings and translate discussions into requirements.
• Prepare materials supporting leadership engagements and testimony.
• Manage multiple assignments across stakeholders.
• Mentor junior analysts and team members.
• Ensure accessibility requirements are met for contractor products.
