Job summary

BryceTech LLC in Washington, DC is seeking an Emergency Management Analyst to support FEMA's Office of Emerging Threats. The role focuses on analyzing emerging threats, coordinating with Federal partners, and delivering data-driven briefings and materials to leadership.

Responsibilities include developing Power BI dashboards, creating reports and visuals, coordinating communications, and supporting training and outreach on regulations and threat analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience using Microsoft Power BI for dashboards and data visualization.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-cutting communications with FEMA Leadership, Public Affairs and Congressional Affairs.
• Develop briefings, presentations, after-action reports, video and graphics for OET.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize data and support decision-making.
• Provide support for events and meetings with FEMA stakeholders.
• Maintain and update FEMA OET internal and external websites.
• Develop outreach materials such as brochures and visuals to showcase the Office mission.
• Assist with articles for emergency publications and training for FEMA staff.
• Research and prepare materials for speeches and testimony by FEMA senior leadership.
• Draft periodic reports on relevant events for broad distribution.
