Job summary

FHI 360 in the United States seeks a Senior Technical Officer, Emergency Response Analyst to lead data analytics and visualization for emergency and outbreak responses within STRIDES. The role provides home-office support across country teams, partners, and clients to ensure evidence-based decision-making and high-quality MEL outputs.

You will develop dashboards, monitor datasets, and guide technical strategies, budgets, and reporting while mentoring teammates and coordinating with senior staff

Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree in epidemiology, data science, biostatistics, public health, or related field.
• PM Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical direction for STRIDES Activity Emergency and Outbreak Response analytics and reporting.
• Develops dashboards and data analysis summaries to support decision making.
• Manages MEL plans, budgets, and donor reporting; mentors team members.
• Coordinates with country teams and home-office technical staff to ensure quality assurance and data integrity.
