Guidehouse is seeking a Strategy and Transformation Senior Consultant to facilitate collaboration among federal, state, local, tribal, and territorial partners in FEMA Region 8. The role focuses on information-sharing during emergencies, analyzing supply chains with GIS, and developing actions with business and industry stakeholders to support economic resilience.

The position requires obtaining a Public Trust, a Bachelor's degree with 6 years of disaster management experience, and on-site work

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree and 6 years of emergency disaster management experience.
• Experience using GIS tools (ArcGIS) to analyze impacts and trends.
• Direct or familiar with FEMA/DHS and NRF/NDRF frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate information-sharing among federal, state, local, tribal, and territorial partners during emergencies.
• Analyze supply chain, business, and economic impacts using GIS and present findings.
• Develop collaborative actions with private sector stakeholders and local economies post-disaster.
• Coordinate with government and industry partners in regional emergency planning, training, and exercises.
• Act as conduit between federal government and regional business entities.
• Document best practices and contribute to SOP development and national coordination efforts.
