The successful candidate will lead critical assessments, develop strategic recommendations, and provide guidance on emergency preparedness initiatives, ensuring national-level readiness against emerging threats.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of experience in emergency management or related field.
• Experience with federal agencies on emergency management initiatives.
• Ability to provide senior-level analytical and planning support.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of emergency response and preparedness plans.
• Conduct strategic assessments and gap analyses.
• Develop recommendations for FEMA leadership.
