Tidal Basin is seeking a senior leader in Emergency Management to grow and oversee our response sector. The role focuses on client engagement, program development, and deployment to disaster sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of disaster/emergency management experience required.
• IS-100, IS-200, IS-700, and IS-800 certifications required.
• Experience growing and overseeing emergency management response programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-event Response activities with the Client and stakeholders for operational planning.
• Serve as engagement/project manager for assigned projects, maintain client relationships, monitor contracts and budgets.
• Supervise and mentor project staff and ensure safety and quality per policies.
• Manage project budgets and communicate status to senior leadership.
• Provide technical assistance to the Client in all phases of response and debris operations.
• Travel and deploy to client locations as needed (up to 75%).
