Job summary

Team Housing Solutions is seeking a Senior Account Executive – Emergency Management to drive growth across federal, state, local, and tribal markets. You will manage key relationships, lead risk-based opportunities, and guide THS from preparedness through recovery in disaster scenarios.

The role requires extensive emergency management experience, a strong sales track record, and the ability to deploy quickly while coordinating across operations, legal, and finance teams. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in emergency management or disaster response.
• At least 5+ years in business development, account management, or government sales.
• Experience working in Emergency Operations Centers (EOCs).
• Established network of emergency management contacts at federal, state, and local levels.
• Knowledge of NIMS and ICS principles; FEMA/state ops familiarity.
• Ability to travel extensively and deploy on short notice up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic business development plan across federal, state, local, and tribal markets.
• Maintain an opportunity pipeline for THS services including lodging, base camps, and logistics.
• Lead capture strategies, teaming, and proposal support for competitive procurements.
• Build executive relationships with FEMA, state emergency management agencies, and others.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure scalable, repeatable emergency response solutions.
• Drive account growth, forecast accuracy, and post-mission client engagement.
