Job summary

Team Housing Solutions, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Account Executive – Emergency Management to drive growth across federal, state, local, and tribal markets.

This role combines strategic business development, account management, and disaster-response planning to build THS's future client base. You will own the sales lifecycle, expand THS lodging and base camp services, and collaborate with FEMA, public safety agencies, utilities, and contractors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of emergency management or disaster response experience.
• 5+ years of business development, account management, or government sales experience.
• Experience working in Emergency Operations Centers (EOCs).
• Established network of emergency management contacts at the federal, state, and local levels.
• Knowledge of NIMS and ICS principles.
• Experience with FEMA and state emergency management operations.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to travel extensively and deploy on short notice up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic growth plans for federal, state, local, and tribal emergency management markets.
• Build a robust pipeline of emergency management opportunities across THS services.
• Maintain complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to award and post‑mission follow‑up.
• Establish measurable sales objectives, pipeline targets, and reporting to leadership.
• Engage FEMA and other agencies to build and maintain executive relationships.
