ADM-ADM-PREP Emergency Preparedness Section seeks a Senior Emergency Preparedness Coordinator to lead the development and testing of emergency plans, coordinate with partners, and oversee drills and after-action reviews. You will activate ICS/Command Center during events and ensure compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, OSHA, and FEMA requirements.

The role requires a broad background in emergency management, strong collaboration with internal/external stakeholders, and oversight of training,

Competenze

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
Experience in emergency management, healthcare regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, safety, business continuity, or public health preparedness.
Experience developing emergency operations plans, conducting drills/exercises, and supporting regulatory compliance activities.
Experience working with CMS, Joint Commission, OSHA, FEMA, or similar bodies preferred.

Develops, reviews, updates, and maintains emergency preparedness plans, policies, procedures, and documentation; leads annual hazard/vulnerability analysis and continuity planning.

Formazione

Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Occupational Safety, Public Administration, Environmental Health, Business, or related field

Master's degree in Emergency Management, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field

Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) or Associate Emergency Manager (AEM)

Certified Healthcare Emergency Professional (CHEP)
