Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in interagency disaster preparedness planning and federal response structures.
• Ability to craft emergency operations frameworks responsive to multi‑agency needs.
• Experience designing COOP plans to sustain mission essential functions across regulatory jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Directs all aspects of the Emergency Preparedness, Response, and Recovery Program.
• Serves as Physical Security Coordinator and Intelligence Liaison to OST.
• Develops and coordinates the COOP program and plan.
• Represents the agency to national exercise programs.
