Job summary

Concept Solutions, LLC seeks an experienced Emergency Preparedness Analyst to support the FAA at the Washington Operations Center Complex (WOCC). You will lead planning, policy analysis, and coordination for national emergencies, with a focus on interagency collaboration and continuity of operations.

The role requires strong knowledge of federal emergency management frameworks, interagency processes, and experience in exercises and after-action reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 24 credit hours in accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management.
• Knowledge of national emergency preparedness and operational continuity policies.
• Understanding of the FAA's mission, organizational structure, and operations.
• Knowledge of NRF and NIMS.
• Understanding of federal emergency operations at the agency level.
• Knowledge of federal interagency processes or military staff experience.
• Experience collaborating across offices, organizations, and federal agencies.
• Knowledge of NEP and HSEEP and the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate exercises.
• Knowledge of the National Continuity Program and FCD-1 requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive briefings and reports.
• Initiative, professionalism, and sound judgment in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Support emergency operations policy analysis, planning, documentation, and coordination.
• Prepare for and support emergency operations exercises and post-exercise reporting.
• Develop and maintain FAA emergency operations plans, orders, and procedures.
• Assist in planning and evaluating interagency and internal exercises.
• Develop after-action reports and improvement plans after exercises or incidents.
• Track implementation of improvement plans and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with FAA stakeholders and federal partners to support preparedness initiatives and continuity.
