• Master's degree preferred for advanced qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manages budgets and financial activities for the department.
• Directs marketing, outreach and recruitment strategies.
• Ensures compliance with NU policies and regulatory requirements.
• Leads program development and strategic planning.
• Provides faculty support and HR oversight.
