Job summary

Stellantis NV is seeking an experienced EMC Engineer to co-own the EMI/EMC roadmap and architect a scalable, hybrid simulation workflow that spans quasi-static extraction, PEEC/MTL cable modeling, full-wave 3D EM, and circuit co-simulation. You will lead correlation studies and specify acceptance criteria to drive model governance.

You will collaborate with design, test labs, and suppliers to align virtual models with real fixtures and measurements, ensuring robust EMC performance across vehicle

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from ABET accredited program.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience applying EMC/RF principles, electromagnetic modeling, and correlation with physical test data.
• Experience in EMC testing, RF testing/design, electromagnetic modeling, or test-to-simulation correlation.
• Proficient with common software tools (Microsoft/Google Suite).
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Co-Own the virtual EMI/EMC roadmap: define architecture and workflows for Conducted Emissions, Radiated Emissions, Conducted Immunity, and Radiated Immunity across product lines.
• Build a scalable hybrid simulation workflow across quasi-static extraction, PEEC/MTL cable modeling, full-wave 3D EM, and circuit co-simulation.
• Lead correlation and validation campaigns with defined acceptance criteria and governance.
• Provide EMC guidance during architecture, schematic, layout, and mechanical integration to prevent issues.
• Partner with test labs and suppliers to align virtual models with real fixtures and ensure valid models.
