Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• At least 5 years of engineering, compliance, test, or product development experience in regulated environments.
• Experience with EMC, product safety, environmental or certification standards (IEC 61326/61010/60601).

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate EMC, product safety, and environmental testing projects.
• Define test scope, inputs, configurations, applicable standards, acceptance criteria, and schedules with customers.
• Prepare and maintain test plans and contracts; coordinate required approvals.
• Issue test reports and coordinate reviews for design verification deliverables.
• Evaluate deviations from STL contracts and decide on revisions with management.
• Coordinate laboratory capacity, resources, and escalation of risks to scope, schedule, or cost.
• Track test execution, issues, retests, corrective actions through project completion.
• Ensure test plans and records are complete, traceable, and stored in required systems.
• Interpret standards and coordinate with experts, CBTL, and certification bodies.
