Job summary

OnLogic is seeking a Regulatory Engineer to lead product safety, EMC, and RF testing for industrial, medical, and computer equipment. You will coordinate labs, guide PCB-level EMC mitigations, and ensure compliance with UL, IEC, FCC, and other standards.

The role is onsite at our South Burlington, VT facility, with relocation or comfortable commuting encouraged. The candidate should have a 5+ year track record in regulatory engineering, a relevant degree, and experience across global market

Qualifications

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or related field or technical training in RF and EMC compliance.
• Experience in EMC design at the PCB level and an expert in EMC mitigation.
• You have a minimum of 5 years of regulatory engineering experience. Experience in product safety, and EMC (including but not limited to CE, FCC, CB, and UL for ITE, Industrial, and medical applications).

Responsibilities

• Coordinating product safety, EMC, and RF testing with labs such as UL, Intertek, and TUV.
• Preparing samples and conducting product safety testing per UL/IEC standards.
• Guiding design teams on EMC best practices and PCB mitigation.
• Conducting shock, vibration tests, and wireless compliance testing.
• Maintaining CE technical files and coordinating labeling and manual requirements.
• Tracking KPIs and driving process improvements with cross-functional teams.
