Siemens Healthineers Newark, DE seeks a Senior Manager to lead the Systems Testing Laboratory (STL) ensuring safe, compliant operation of EMC, product safety, environmental testing and related validation activities. You will drive staffing, budgeting, scheduling, and quality across development, verification and certification processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 7 years in system/test/hardware/software engineering in a product development environment.
• Minimum 3 years of technical, project, and/or people leadership experience in medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Lead STL operations, prioritise testing and resource planning across EMC, product safety, environmental testing and accreditation readiness.
• Ensure quality, safety, schedule, records and customer deliverables through a capable technical team.
• Oversee onboarding, competency development, and succession planning for STL personnel.
• Maintain ISO/IEC 17025 and related accreditation readiness and manage audit responses.
