Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking an EMC Senior Technician to join the Red Ink EMC Lab. You will support developmental and pre-compliance EMC testing across our broad product line, operate specialist test gear, and document results for engineering stakeholders.

You will mentor junior technicians, troubleshoot test configurations, and help maintain a safe, organized lab. A degree in electrical tech or related field with 4+ years EMC experience is required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent with 4+ years in EMC lab environments.
• Hands-on experience with EMC/EMI test standards and equipment.
• Ability to read schematics and engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and procedure adherence.
• Proven multitasking and deadline delivery.

Responsibilities

• Perform developmental and pre-compliance EMC testing per standards.
• Operate spectrum analyzers, analyzers, test equipment and arrange configs.
• Document results in standardized test reports and mentor juniors.
• Support lab maintenance and safety protocols.
