Job summary

IVF Connect is seeking a Senior Embryologist in Colorado, Virginia, New York and Florida to join its clinical laboratory team. The role emphasizes hands-on embryology work, advanced ART procedures, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and patient care.

The selected candidate will perform oocyte retrieval assessment, IVF/ICSI, embryo vitrification, biopsies for PGT, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to support patient-centered outcomes across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology or related scientific discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a clinical embryology laboratory.
• Proficiency in advanced ART laboratory techniques.
• Strong understanding of embryology workflows, quality control, and specimen management.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Perform oocyte retrieval identification, assessment, and denudation.
• Conduct conventional IVF insemination and intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI).
• Perform embryo and oocyte vitrification, warming, and cryopreservation procedures.
• Prepare embryos for transfer and assist with embryo transfer procedures.
• Perform embryo biopsies for preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) and prepare samples for analysis.
• Assist with sperm retrieval procedures, including PESA and TESE.
• Maintain accurate identification, handling, and storage of reproductive specimens.
• Coordinate laboratory procedures with physicians, nurses, and other clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation throughout the ART process and communicate results when authorized.
