CNY Fertility is seeking a Senior Embryologist in Sarasota, FL. You will perform advanced embryology tasks, oversee lab operations and staff, and ensure quality control and regulatory compliance.

The role requires leadership in ICSI, embryo culture, cryopreservation, and PGT processes while coordinating with patients and internal teams. The ideal candidate holds a biology-related BA/BS with 5+ years in clinical embryology, strong technical skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy fertility

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology or related field; 5+ years in clinical embryology.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced lab environment.

Responsabilités

• Daily quality control, media preparation and dish preparation.
• Microscope and pipettor use.
• Oocyte retrieval and denuding of oocytes.
• Embryo and oocyte freezing/thawing; vitrification and storage management.
• Fertilization checks and embryo transfers; ICSI and conventional fertilization.
• Coordinate and schedule procedures; manage patient charts.
• Oversee cryopreservation and PGT sample handling; interpret reports.
• Communicate with patients via web and phone channels.
• Supervise embryology staff and PTO/scheduling.
