Job summary

Applied Research Solutions (ARS) is seeking a Senior Software Developer to support the Combat Readiness Directorate in Heath, OH. You will design, develop, test, and maintain secure web-based applications using the Microsoft stack and Oracle databases, focusing on embedded systems, interoperability, and C2 applications for sensor, weapon, and avionics systems.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required
• Active Secret security clearance required
• Experience with embedded software systems, ASP.NET stack, and Oracle databases
• Experience with software development lifecycle in government/security environments
• Strong design, integration, testing, and configuration management skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement, maintain, and support secure web-based applications using Microsoft Visual Studio
• Perform Oracle database design, development, optimization, and maintenance
• Develop and maintain ANSI SQL and PL/SQL code including stored procedures and database objects
• Support software integration involving embedded systems and command-and-control applications
• Participate in software architecture reviews and SDLC activities
• Support configuration management and development of SDP and technical documentation
