Requirements include 10+ years in embedded software, strong C/C++, Python, CAN/LIN, and experience with DFMEA/HARA and safety-critical systems.

Qualifications

10+ years of embedded software and systems engineering experience.
Strong hands-on C/C++ development.
Python or scripting experience.
Experience with networked embedded systems (CAN/LIN).
Proven ability to translate requirements into software specs.
Experience with DFMEA, HARA, and functional safety.

Responsibilities

Drive evolution of body control software architecture and interfaces.
Lead early-stage hardware/software integration and validation.
Translate vehicle objectives into precise software specs.
Analyze field data to optimize performance.
Develop test strategies with validation teams.
Diagnose complex hardware/software integration issues.
Support DFMEA and HARA analyses for safety.
Provide guidance across electrical, software, manufacturing, and mechanical teams.
Create state machine diagrams from scenarios.
Support OTA software releases.
Ensure system observability and testing scalability.
