Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in embedded product development.
• 3+ years of experience in product requirement creation.
• 3+ years of experience in product development lifecycle.
• 3+ years of coordinating dependencies between the engineering functions (firmware, mechanical, hardware, software).

Responsibilities

• Ensure global engineering functions are organized and dependency tracked.
• Partner with other engineering leads to deliver high quality products on time and in scope.
• Coordinate dependencies with external design resources as needed.
• Recommend and drive process improvements to improve team efficiency.
• Support development of product plans and roadmaps for Comfort product lines.
• Identify technologies for timely introduction into Resideo products and systems.
• Ensure architecture and development support reuse across platforms to reduce cycle time.
