• Organize global engineering functions via dependency tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering team leads to deliver quality products on time and in scope.
• Coordinate dependencies with external design resources as needed.
• Recommend and drive process improvements to boost team efficiency.
• Support development of product plans and roadmaps for Comfort product lines.
• Identify, research, and develop technologies for timely introduction into Resideo products.
• Ensure architecture/design supports common platforms and maximizes reuse.
