Job summary

Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, seeks a Principal Integration and Test Lead in Cedar Rapids, IA, to drive verification and validation of embedded secure systems for cross-domain technologies. You will mentor engineers and coordinate with software, firmware, and hardware teams to deliver field-ready solutions.

Required STEM degree with 8+ years of experience (or advanced degree with 5+ years), U.S. citizenship, and ability to obtain DoD clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience with embedded systems development.
• Experience leading integration and test activities for embedded systems.
• Experience generating Integration and Test Plans for embedded systems and digital hardware.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with 8+ years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with 5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform Formal Verification and Validation testing events (ENV/EMI/Security/TEMPEST/Design Verification).
• Integrate and support virtual and development board test environments.
• Collaborate with Software, Firmware, BSP, Systems, and Hardware Engineers to build next-gen Embedded Secure Systems.
• Collaborate with Systems Architects, Product Owners, Chief Engineers to generate Integration and Test Environments and Plans.
• Mentor junior engineers on Integration, Validation, Verification, and Qualification.
