Qualifications

• 5+ years of embedded software/firmware or controls engineering experience.
• Experience with communication protocols relevant to embedded/aerospace systems (CAN, SPI, ARINC, or similar).
• Exposure to safety-critical or certification-driven development environments (DO-178C, ARP4754, or similar) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Embedded Platform Engineering — real-time firmware, board support packages, driver development, and hardware bring-up for safety-critical embedded systems
• Embedded Systems Software Engineering — system-level control architecture, supervisory logic, state machines, and mode management across actuators, motor drives, and power systems
• Motor Control Engineering — FOC-based current control design, PMSM/BLDC systems, and model-based design for electric motor drive systems
