Job summary

MediaTek is seeking an experienced embedded software engineer to integrate SOC platforms with customer products. You will develop and customize software, participate in spec discussions, and debug complex hardware/software interactions.

You will work with RTOS, Android and Linux environments, leveraging C/C++, scripting, and debugging tools to ensure smooth system bring-up and documentation for customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, EE, or related field.
3+ years of embedded software development experience in semiconductor industry.
Expert-level C/C++ with scripting (Shell, Python).
Experience with RTOS, Android OS, Linux kernel.
Hands-on debugging with JTAG, trace debuggers, and protocol analyzers.

Responsibilities

Integrate MediaTek SOC platforms with customer projects.
Develop and integrate software for customer products.
Spec discussion and architecture co-design with customer.
Debug and solve technical issues.
Troubleshoot system flows and bring up with customers.
Create technical documentation to support integration.
