This role drives architecture, technology strategy, and engineering excellence across programs, combining hands-on expertise with mentoring and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate MS/BS in a technical field with 10+ years in embedded software, strong C/C++, RTOS, and Embedded Linux experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
• 10+ years of embedded software development experience.
• Extensive experience programming in C and C++.
• Experience with RTOS and Embedded Linux.
• Knowledge of microcontrollers, processors, memory architectures.
• Experience with Ethernet, TCP/IP, CAN/CAN-FD, SPI, I2C, UART, USB.
• Proficiency with debugging tools and software analysis.
• Excellent communication skills.
