Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field with 4+ years of experience as an applications engineer.
• Experience with embedded processors (ARM) and embedded operating systems (Linux, Android, FreeRTOS).
• Tools like Jira, Git and Zoho for ticket management and software control.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support including hardware, software, and documentation to customers.
• Design, test, and debug embedded processor platforms; develop BSPs.
• Review hardware designs and release customer-facing documents.
• Conduct trainings for team, partners, and customers.
