Job summary

hireneXus is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer in Eden Prairie, MN to define product requirements and translate them into architectures. You will perform detailed MCU/MPU based designs, analog/digital circuits, and ensure manufacturability while mentoring other engineers.

Responsibilities include design verification, documentation, ECO development, and collaboration with project managers to deliver trusted electronics solutions. US Person per ITAR/EAR may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 4+ years of product design experience.
• Experience with embedded systems and microprocessor-based design.
• Experience with functional aspects of product design including requirements, analysis, and documentation.
• Experience in cross-disciplinary teamwork.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements into implementable architectures.
• Conduct design analysis for manufacturability, reliability, and cost.
• Perform detailed electronic design of MCU/MPU based platforms and analog/digital circuits.
• Create schematic diagrams using CAD tools and perform simulations.
• Maintain design artifacts with version control and documentation.
• Prepare design verification test reports and rework instructions.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure on-time completion.
• Mentor other electrical engineers and participate in ECO development.
• Assist in developing routing guidelines and approve designs.
