Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical contributor and Section Lead for staffing and performance across multiple software baselines.
• Provide leadership by reviewing and guiding engineering work, ensuring disciplined implementation.
• Coordinate with systems and cross-functional leads to support integration, verification, and delivery.
• Perform staffing, coaching, and workforce planning to sustain a strong engineering organization.
