Signify in Atlanta, GA or Peachtree City, GA is seeking a Lead Embedded Software Engineer to join the Wavelinx WAC team. You will lead the design, development, testing and optimization of embedded software for connected systems, collaborating with cross-functional and global teams to deliver high-performance software from concept through release.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or electrical engineering and 10+ years of embedded software experience with C/C++ and Python are
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/EE with focus on embedded systems.
- 10+ years of embedded software development experience.
- Strong programming in C/C++ and Python; experience with IoT/connected systems.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical work and mentor engineers.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, document, and maintain embedded software for connected systems.
- Create optimized software for resource-constrained platforms and integrate into products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to incorporate market needs.
- Produce technical specifications and project deliverables; support IP creation.
- Contribute to technology roadmaps and coach the embedded team.
