Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 8 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree with 5+ years.
• Professional experience in English (spoken and written).
• U.S. citizenship and active DoD security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Drive Embedded Software Engineering Excellence across all development phases.
• Lead proposals and program cost estimations for bids.
• Lead software execution for small teams to ensure quality and schedule alignment.
• Translate customer requirements into end-to-end solutions addressing tech, schedule and cost constraints.
• Estimate and track program cost, schedule, and risk using earned value management.
• Identify and mitigate risks early in development processes.
• Mentor other engineers to grow execution and management capabilities.
