Lynx Software Technologies, Inc. in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior Embedded Software Engineer with RTOS experience to contribute to mission-critical avionics software for next-generation military aircraft platforms.

The role requires 5+ years of embedded development, C++ for safety-critical systems, and RTOS expertise (MOSA.ic, VxWorks, Integrity). Onsite work is mandatory with occasional travel; you must be able to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of embedded software development experience
• C++ development for safety-critical avionics systems
• Real-Time Operating Systems (MOSA.ic, VxWorks, Integrity)
• Embedded application development using RTOS and Windows environments
• Prior SW Development and Integration experience utilizing MIL-STD-1553 & Ethernet
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Ability to work onsite 100%
• Ability to travel 10%

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, and test software for military aircraft platforms
• Collaborate with multi-site teams to deliver mission-critical avionics software
• Document software design and participate in verification activities
• Support software integration in lab and hardware environments
