Job summary

RFA Engineering is seeking an Embedded Software Developer (C++) to join our engineering team onsite at a world-class facility. You will design, develop, and test embedded software across the full product lifecycle, collaborating with hardware and software teams to ensure performance and reliability.

Responsibilities include firmware development, real-time systems, debugging, and documentation. A BS in engineering or CS and strong C/C++ skills are required. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• BS in Software, Computer, Electrical, or other relevant Engineering degree.
• Experience with C or C++ development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and quick learner with a problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement embedded software solutions in C++ for embedded devices and systems across the full product lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain firmware and software architectures for real-time embedded applications.
• Analyze, debug, and optimize software performance across embedded platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and interfaces.
• Create and maintain software design documentation, test procedures, and validation reports.
