Job summary

Autonomous Solutions, Inc. (ASI) is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer III to develop embedded software for its autonomous vehicles. You will write production C++ for real-time and embedded systems close to sensors and actuators, and validate on real hardware in the lab and field.

You will collaborate with perception and guidance, navigation, and control teams while growing ownership of subsystems on the Advanced Prototype team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/EE or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of embedded software experience near hardware.
• Proven ability to ship production software from design through testing.

Responsibilities

• Build embedded software for ASI's autonomous vehicles.
• Write production C++ for real-time/embedded systems.
• Integrate software with sensors, actuators, and vehicle hardware.
• Collaborate across perception and GNC domains as needed.
• Validate and debug software on lab and field hardware.
• Implement features from design through testing and deployment.
• Work with senior engineers and teams to deliver results.
• Grow ownership of embedded subsystems over time.
