Job summary

Autonomous Solutions, Inc. (ASI) is seeking an Embedded Engineer IV to own the embedded software powering our autonomous vehicles. You will write production C++ for real-time and embedded systems, working near sensors, actuators, and compute the machines rely on.

You will collaborate across perception, guidance, navigation and control domains, validate software on real hardware in lab and field, mentor other engineers, and shape technical direction on the Advanced Prototype team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in C++ for real-time/embedded systems.
• Ship production embedded software from design to field testing.
• Embedded software close to sensors and actuators.
• Strong debugging skills on real hardware with sensors.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/EE or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and own embedded software for ASI's autonomous vehicles.
• Write production C++ for real-time and embedded systems.
• Integrate software with sensors, actuators, and vehicle hardware.
• Collaborate across perception, GNC, and related domains.
• Validate and debug software on real hardware in lab and field.
• Own features from design through testing to deployment.
• Set technical direction and mentor other engineers.
