Job summary

Parry Labs is seeking a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to join our Detroit metro team. You will support BSP/RTOS integration, educate customers, and ensure secure, modern practices across systems and networks.

This on-site role in Sterling Heights requires full-time commitment and offers relocation assistance with a two-year obligation. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in software engineering, strong C/C++/Java/Python skills, and be eligible for US security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related STEM field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
• Excellent coding skills with C, C++, Java and Python; strong OOD.
• Experience with Linux and RTOS; DO-178B/C software.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement embedded software components in Linux/RTOS environments.
• Document interfaces and data flows per reference architectures.
• Develop software requirements, design artifacts, and tests.
• Create software unit tests and system tests; ensure secure and modern practices.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver quality designs.
