Coperion is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of software for embedded Linux platforms, industrial controls, and IoT edge devices. You will guide architecture, collaborate across engineering disciplines, and drive secure, scalable digital solutions.

The role involves developing cloud-connected applications, real-time data analytics, and AI-enabled automation while mentoring junior engineers to advance product modernization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong proficiency in C and C++ software development.
• Extensive experience on Linux-based and embedded platforms.
• Experience with industrial controls, automation systems, IoT products, or edge computing.

Responsabilités

• Lead software development for embedded Linux platforms, industrial controls, instrumentation systems, and IoT edge devices.
• Design, develop, test, debug, document, and maintain complex software applications and embedded systems.
• Lead software architecture, design reviews, and projects from concept through deployment.
• Develop cloud-connected applications and services for remote monitoring, diagnostics, analytics, device management, and digital offerings.
• Develop algorithms for data acquisition, signal processing, analytics, and AI/operational intelligence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and ensure quality through CI, testing, and security.
