Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in STEM and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
• Development experience coding in C/C++/ADA or related languages/tools across SDLC.
• Experience working on UNIX, Linux, Windows, VxWorks or other RTOS.
• Experience working in an agile/scrum team hyper-collaborative team environment using typical agile oriented tool suite.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Work on complex technical problems and provide highly innovative solutions.
• Effectively contribute at all phases of the SW development lifecycle, including SW/HW integration
• Develop RT embedded SW for radar modes and capabilities.
• Utilize strong investigation and troubleshooting skills to assess issues and develop solutions.
• Work effectively with team across multiple disciplines, internal and external
• Effectively contribute to program and customer meetings/reviews
• Support program leads regarding technical decision making and problem resolution.
• Perform technical leadership roles for at least one key task or line item on programs
• Mentor at least one other engineer on programs in areas of knowledge and expertise
• Help ensure performance to technical, cost, schedule, quality.
• Support of system and software requirements and architecture generation and analysis as needed.
• Must be able to obtain SAP/SAR access for continuation of employment.
