You will mentor junior engineers, define architectures, drive hardware validation, and collaborate with software/firmware teams to deliver robust motion control solutions for aerospace, medical, and industrial markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of embedded electronics development experience.
• Demonstrated ownership of complex embedded systems or product architectures.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop embedded motion control hardware.
• Lead hardware bring-up, debugging, and validation from prototype to production.
• Support hardware/firmware integration and manufacturing readiness.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide technology roadmaps.
