Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/Engineering with 12+ years embedded real-time software experience
• Proficient in C++ object-oriented programming
• Proficient in the full software lifecycle from requirements to testing
• Experience integrating low-level firmware with real-time embedded apps
• Experience using tools/logs to analyze data and verify operation
• Experience mentoring and reviewing work
• Experience in embedded software development and cross-compiling
• Experience developing in Linux environment
• Experience with software configuration management tools
• U.S. Citizenship
• Ability and willingness to obtain DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate and test software for a Space payload unit
• Work on an agile scrum team and perform peer reviews of software products
• Ensure requirements are understood and mapped to system design and implementation
• Prioritize tasks and provide recommendations to internal/external customers as needed
