Zusammenfassung

Rite-Hite is seeking an experienced Embedded Firmware Engineer to design and maintain C/C++ firmware for ARM microcontrollers and embedded Linux platforms. You will implement drivers, bootloaders, and secure provisioning, while collaborating with cross-functional teams on system interfaces and delivery.

Lead the development of edge components and distributed applications, and contribute to automated testing, HIL, and release readiness.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering/computer science.
• 7+ years of embedded firmware/software development and production product delivery.
• Strong C/C++ skills with real-time programming.
• Experience with ARM microcontrollers, RTOS/bare-metal, embedded Linux services and networking.

Aufgaben

• Develop, debug, and maintain C/C++ firmware for ARM microcontrollers, RTOS/bare-metal systems, and embedded Linux.
• Implement reusable drivers, bootloaders, interfaces, diagnostics, and configuration services.
• Translate requirements into software designs and test criteria while optimizing performance and reliability.
• Build reusable firmware and edge components across product families; support board bring-up and hardware/software integration.
• Develop Linux edge applications and services, including IPC, networking, local messaging, and fault recovery.
• Develop automated unit/integration tests and support hardware-in-the-loop, system validation, and release readiness.
• Mentor engineers, participate in code reviews, and help improve development practices.
