Job summary

Rite-Hite seeks a Sr. Embedded Software Development Engineer to design, develop, and maintain firmware for ARM-based systems running RTOS, bare-metal, and embedded Linux.

You will build reusable drivers, bootloaders, and interfaces while enabling secure edge applications and cloud-friendly workflows. The role covers cross-functional responsibilities from board bring-up to integration, verification, and release, with mentoring and technical leadership across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of embedded firmware/software development and production product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, debug, and maintain C/C++ firmware for ARM microcontrollers and embedded Linux.
• Create reusable drivers, bootloaders, interfaces, diagnostics, and configuration services.
• Develop Linux edge applications, IPC, networking, and distributed edge computing.
