Job summary

Professional Recruiters Inc. is seeking a Lead Firmware Engineer in Burlington, NJ to design embedded firmware architecture and verify Linux board support packages for ATE products.

You will collaborate across software, hardware and systems engineering to deliver high-performance, scalable code. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in C/C++ on Linux, Python and Docker, with exposure to hardware protocols like SPI, Ethernet and I2C.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of experience with C, C++ Linux, Python, Bash, GIT.
• Exposure to hardware protocols (SPI, Ethernet, I2C).
• Experience with Docker is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design embedded firmware architecture and manage implementation and verification of Linux board support packages for various ATE products.
• Collaborate with Software, Hardware and Systems Engineering to design and implement high-performance, scalable code.
• Engage with peer-reviewed development processes and open-source communities (Linux Kernel, U-Boot, etc.).
