Job summary

Resonant Link Medical in the Greater Boston area is seeking a Senior Embedded Engineer to own embedded implementation across customer programs, bringing up MCUs, RTOS and bare-metal systems. You will develop low-level firmware, hardware interfaces, and verification plans while collaborating with platform, electrical, and test engineers.

You will communicate with customer teams, produce technical documentation, and drive reusable software and tools across programs to scale our implantable

Qualifications

• Strong embedded software and firmware experience on resource-constrained MCUs.
• Proficiency in embedded C for production-ready code.
• Experience with RTOS-based and bare-metal systems including scheduling and interrupts.
• Deep familiarity with MCU peripherals: timers, DMA, ADCs, PWM, GPIO, SPI/I2C/UART.
• Excellent technical documentation skills for requirements, interface definitions, and test results.
• Clear, effective communication with customers and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Own embedded implementation for customer programs from requirements to delivery.
• Adapt embedded software across customer applications and MCUs in RTOS environments.
• Develop low-level firmware and hardware interfaces for reliable control and communication.
• Lab bring-up and debugging of embedded systems using appropriate lab tools.
• Produce and communicate design decisions, test methods, and verification results.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to meet program requirements.
• Develop reusable software, tools, and test methods across programs.
